VACBA 80APAC a Virginia Consumers
Political Action Committee

VACBA; an alliance of consumers and consumer bankruptcy advocates working to represent the peoples' interests in Virginia's General Assembly in the 2024 session.

Vacba has formed a PAC to raise funds to support consumer priorities. We are apolitical and non-partisian. We can support legislators of either party who support our priorities.

Our first priority: Virginia alone among the states allows banks to sell a homestead to pay a credit card. It's time for this to change.
